How do I place an order?
Open a product, select an available size and colour, and add it to your cart. At checkout, enter your delivery details, review the total and place your order. Keep your order reference for tracking.
Which payment methods are available?
We currently offer cash on delivery. Your order total is shown before you submit the order.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges depend on your selected area and any applicable product delivery offer. Your checkout total shows the charge before you place the order.
When will my order arrive?
Timing depends on order processing, your location and courier availability. Follow the latest status on the Order Tracking page or contact us about a specific order.
How do I track my order?
Open Order Tracking and enter your invoice or order ID and the phone number used at checkout. You can also use the tracking information shown after placing your order.
How do I choose a size?
Check the sizes and any measurements provided on the product page. If you are unsure, ask us before ordering. Availability is shown for the size and colour you select.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference. We will check the current status; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds. We only consider exchanges for damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests reported after that window are not eligible under our store policy. Read the Return & Exchange Policy for eligibility, instructions and applicable rights.
What should I send when reporting a product issue?
Send your order reference, checkout phone number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep the item and tags, and wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
