These terms apply when you use the WearHub website or place an order with us. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.
Placing an order
Provide an accurate name, phone number and delivery address at checkout. Review your selected size, colour, quantity and total before submitting. An order reference confirms receipt of your request; fulfilment remains subject to stock availability and order confirmation.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). The checkout shows the applicable delivery charge and order total. Product colours may appear slightly different across screens; check the written product details when making your selection.
If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a material pricing or listing error, we will seek to contact you about the available options before proceeding.
Payment and delivery
The store currently offers cash on delivery. Pay the confirmed order amount when your parcel is delivered. Delivery availability and timing depend on your address, order processing and courier conditions; we do not guarantee a delivery date unless it is expressly confirmed.
Changes, cancellations and product issues
Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order. Changes may no longer be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 24 hours of delivery, subject to review under our Return & Exchange Policy.
Using this website
Do not submit false orders, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website. WearHub branding and original website content must not be reused commercially without permission.
Questions and applicable rights
Please contact us if you need help understanding these terms or resolving an order issue. These terms do not exclude any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladesh law.
We may update these terms for future use of the website. Changes do not remove obligations already agreed for an existing order.
