Basic technical information, such as request details and IP addresses, may be recorded by our hosting and security systems to operate and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use this information to process and deliver orders, provide order tracking, answer questions, review product issues and protect the store against misuse.

Services involved in your order

Relevant information may be processed by our hosting providers, delivery partners and store communication services. Our current integrations include Cloudinary for product images, Steadfast for delivery and Telegram for internal order notifications. Order notifications can include your contact and delivery details and are sent to the store chats configured by our administrators.

These providers may process information outside Bangladesh. Their own privacy terms apply to the services they operate.

Cookies and browser storage

The storefront uses browser storage for your cart and order tracking information. Admin sign-in uses an essential session cookie. You can clear this information through your browser settings, but doing so may remove your saved cart or order tracking access.

Retention and protection

Order and support records are retained as needed to fulfil orders, resolve issues and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Access to the dashboard is restricted to authorised administrators. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your requests and policy updates

Contact us to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be kept for legal or operational reasons.
